My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced

Quality Manager

to join their site near Stirling. This is a newly created vacancy, after a recent restructure. You will be working with a successful manufacturer that has a culture on site that is results-driven with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of quality control and assurance in the business processes.

Responsibilities include:

Develop, implement, and maintain the company's quality management system (QMS) to meet ISO standards. Oversee the inspection, testing, and evaluation of products at various stages of the production process, maintaining accurate records of inspections, tests, audits, and corrective actions. Oversee all engineering processes including NPD, Modifications, and Factored Products, driving RFT, efficient product introduction, and engineering changes within the business. Manage internal audit schedule and maintain quality records required by ISO standards. Ensure that finished products meet specifications and customer requirements. Lead, train, and mentor the quality assurance team to achieve departmental goals and maintain high-quality standards.

Experience Required:

Qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or a related field. Certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent. Experienced Quality Manager from a manufacturing environment. Proven track record of managing teams and improving quality systems in a manufacturing or production setting. Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and methodologies. Proactive and results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
