Quality Manager focuses on point of contact for external suppliers and 3rd parties related to specialism.

What the role involves

• Point of contact for external suppliers and 3rd parties related to specialism.
• Able to provide specialist advice regarding Quality.
• Advise on risks and opportunities associated with meeting Client regulatory and legal requirements and stakeholder expectations within a project.
• Ongoing Sub-contractor Quality documentation review.
• Continuous Process improvement Development & Implementation.
• Data production to support Business level Quality KPIs.

Additional role context

• Proactively provide advice and guidance related to your areas of responsibility and/or expertise to external contacts/stakeholders and to colleagues.
• Engage with external contacts/stakeholders and colleagues to build effective relationships and reach mutually beneficial solutions.
• Ensure advice is actioned in a way, which achieves the required outcome.
