Quality Manager

Quality Manager Our clients based close to Waterlooville, have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to join their growing team. The Quality Manager will ensure that the ISO 22716:2007 Cosmetics – Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidance is followed and applied to the Goods Inwards, Warehouse, Bulk Manufacturing, Product Filling and Product Dispatch departments. Duties & Responsibilities Identify and schedule AQL inspection levels and creating/maintaining quality standards for all componentry and products. Undertaking investigations into any Out of Specification results, Product Deviations and Customer Complaints, and identifying the relevant Corrective and Preventative Actions. Identify opportunities for improved practices and procedures as part of the Continuous Improvement process. Creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and managing the Change Control process. Scheduling and managing the internal audits of all departments in accordance with the current GMP guidance. Work collaboratively and pragmatically with the management team to allow the continued growth and flexibility of the business whilst ensuring product quality is paramount. Reporting to the Technical Director and working collaboratively with the Head of Manufacturing and Compliance. Required skills & experience: Experience implementing, operating, and maintaining a Quality Management system Lead/Internal auditor experience Experience working in a GMP environment Writing and reviewing SOP documentation Working hours: 35 hour working week – between 9am – 5pm Benefits - 25 days holiday + bank holidays - Medical benefits - Free fruit and snacks & drinks - Parking on site
