Quality Manager

Our clients based close to Waterlooville have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

Identify and schedule AQL inspection levels and create/maintain quality standards for all componentry and products. Undertake investigations into any Out of Specification results, Product Deviations, and Customer Complaints, identifying relevant Corrective and Preventative Actions. Identify opportunities for improved practices and procedures as part of the Continuous Improvement process. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and manage the Change Control process. Schedule and manage the internal audits of all departments in accordance with the current GMP guidance. Work collaboratively with the management team to allow the continued growth and flexibility of the business while ensuring product quality is paramount. Report to the Technical Director and work collaboratively with the Head of Manufacturing and Compliance.

Required Skills & Experience: Experience implementing, operating, and maintaining a Quality Management system. Lead/Internal auditor experience. Experience working in a GMP environment. Writing and reviewing SOP documentation.

Working hours:

35 hour working week - between 9am - 5pm
