Mentoring and developing quality and inspection teams to achieve certifications such as IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001.

Proven experience managing quality systems in electronics manufacturing. Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance. Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and data analytics tools like Power BI. Demonstrated success in achieving defect reduction and customer satisfaction targets. A hands-on leader with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
