Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Quality & Office Administrator (Personal Assistant) to provide essential administrative support to our Senior Management Team and assist with quality-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Personal Assistant Duties:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel and accommodation, and process expense claims for the Senior Management Team. In addition to proofreading tasks, project research, and report creation. Office Administration:

Organise meetings, prepare documents, and ensure smooth office operations, including supplies and refreshments, while providing a high-quality experience for anyone visiting the office. Quality Support:

Assist with administrative tasks in the Quality department, including processing allograft release documents and managing the shared Quality mailbox, in addition to liaising with supervisors and directors.

Qualifications and Skills: 3+ years of administrative experience, ideally supporting senior management and regulatory department. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; experience with Sage is a plus. Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking abilities. Ability to handle confidential data with discretion and accuracy. Proactive, flexible, and a team player who is willing to get stuck in whatever the task entails. Strong understanding of compliance, regulatory, and quality.
