Job Responsibilities

Work with Modular Integration Manager, Project Managers, and contractors to ensure that quality operations are completed on modular projects. Carry out Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspection Processes for modular projects. Develop and implement inspection plans. Investigate quality problems associated with the production department and implement effective corrective and preventive measures. Support the introduction of new products into the site to ensure products are designed and validated to the required quality and regulatory standards. Ensure key quality metrics (Defects Per Panel, CAPA management, First Pass Quality, Complaints, etc.) are attained. Ensure compliance with corporate quality and regulatory standards. Maintain strong communication with internal functions. Participate in and support the Internal and External Audit Program. Participate in teams to help make necessary improvements and changes to all process-related issues in the production department. Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects in conjunction with the operations team. Additional duties as required.

Skill Requirements

Attention to detail as defined in drawings, specifications, and standards. Strong team member with the ability to identify and drive implementation of innovative quality improvements. Demonstrate and actively promote high levels of professional quality control standards. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Must have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the company. Ability to write clear, concise technical protocols and reports. Knowledge of MS Word & Excel is an advantage. Good administrative/organizational ability with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to understand ISO Standards. Training will be provided on every aspect of the role.
