Join us as a Quality Onboarding Manager and you'll be a big part of this. Key responsibilities Are you ready to make a significant impact in the UK and Ireland markets? As a key player in our team, you'll collaborate closely with Commercial teams to understand and drive new onboarding activities. You'll audit vendors and approve products, ensuring top-notch quality and compliance. You'll also work hand-in-hand with Sourcing Offices and Commercial teams to specify, review, and approve B&Q's exclusive own-brand products through the Banner Access to Sourcing (BATS) process. Your role will be pivotal in driving process enhancements and efficiencies, all while safeguarding B&Q's brand integrity and due diligence. Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities: Vendor Audits & Product Approvals : Conduct vendor audits and approve vendor-branded products. Specify, review, and approve B&Q own brand exclusive products through the Banner Access to Sourcing (BATS) process. Collaborate with Kingfisher group companies as needed.

Product Approval : Manage product approvals for ranged products, promotions, and spot buys. Liaise with vendors to collect and verify regulatory evidence for the Required Technical File (RTF).

Subject Matter Expert (SME) : Act as the SME for the Commercial Team and vendors, ensuring regulatory compliance of products, artwork, and instructions.

Product Lifecycle & Development : Support commercial teams in understanding product specifications and regulatory requirements. Work with current product reference specifications and create or update these documents.

Packaging & Artwork : Collaborate with packaging and commercial teams to author new product artwork and customer user manuals.

Quality Surveillance Support : Assist the Quality Surveillance team with issue management of current B&Q products.

Continuous Improvement : Contribute to the Quality Team's continuous improvement journey through team meetings, process contributions, joining relevant external committees, and undertaking relevant training.

Required skills & experience Required Skills and Experience: Experience of product regulation and compliance for both UK and EU markets, ideally in a large retail or consumer goods business Technical background with a level of product knowledge Project management Vendor or supplier engagement Commercial experience/knowledge beneficial Strong attention to detail, organisation and interpersonal skills Agile and able to multitask A passion for Quality What's in it for me?
