Quality Manager for Services, System and Procedures About the job:
As coordinator for the Quality, Standards & System training team you will be responsible for effectively developing and delivering a consistent operational quality standard, KPI’s and compliance across the Sites Network. Working with your team to ensure best practice, safety procedures, and developing competence across our systems and processes, by providing timely development and training for all Sites staff. Key Tasks/Accountabilities:
To organise and support quality, standards & system training activities, covering but not limited to, Travelink, Customer Service, Cleaning Standard Operating Procedures, Financial Requisites, Office Procedures and Health and Safety Management, ensuring Club objectives are achieved and compliance is maintained. To work with the HR team and Site Operations to organise updates and refresher training in area(s) of responsibility as required, developing and embedding a quality monitoring system for the Site Network to enable the wider business to understand the year on year improvements and consistency of service. To support the Quality Standards and Systems Manager in conducting regular audits and KPI measurements across the network, identifying areas for improvement and inclusion. To lead, manage, motivate and develop all direct reports and own continuous personal development file to maintain an up to date knowledge of processes, procedures and systems necessary to carry out the role. To facilitate regular OpenBlends/appraisals with direct reports, agreeing and reviewing individual performance, objectives and personal development in line with Club Strategy. To ensure all training materials and written standard operating procedures are maintained, templates updated, elearning and video production are maintained and the relevant teams are aware of all updates and changes. To work with the People Development Administrator to maintain accurate records of learning and development activities undertaken, evaluations and any other training support administration as required. To support the development, management and maintenance of a refresher program for all Site Managers for soft services training, to include monitoring of all standards and consistency of delivery at site level. To promote and work to all Club compliance requirements. To build relationships across the business to help identify training needs and to provide input into the Learning and Development Strategy. To proactively keep up to date with site operational processes and procedures and incorporate these into the relevant training delivery to maximise effectiveness. Work within agreed budgets at all times. Essential Skills & Experience Required:
Good working knowledge of IT systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels Ability to demonstrate effective coaching skills Experience of National working practices and remote teams Experience of managing remote teams Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a changing environment The ability to interact and work confidently with staff at all levels across departments To hold a clean driving licence and have the ability to work across the UK, including overnight stays and weekends. Desirable Skills and Experience:
Experience of training and assessing others in any role, providing 121 coaching or delivering training in a group session Previous experience working with a recognised award/exam body Have experience of a supportive role to provide guidance and assistance leading in a team environment Previous experience of presenting or demonstrating ‘hands on’ activities Apply now
