Quality Supply Planner

on a permanent basis to support the Stream Planning Manager. What you will do Under the guidance of the Stream Planning Manager, the role holder is responsible for developing and maintaining laboratory and QA supply schedules, to ensure the timely delivery of supply plans. Day-to-day responsibilities Responsible for developing and maintaining the laboratory (QC, Microbiology) and QA supply schedules, ensuring the timely delivery of supply plans. Support the laboratory teams in prioritising and allocating laboratory equipment and people via the supply requirements and campaigning. Track the progress of laboratory supply plans and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure demand delivery on time and with the correct quantity. Prepare reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders. Self-motivated and results-driven, the candidate must be able to work calmly under pressure while maintaining a high standard of excellence in all tasks. This role will be based at our Romford office and will follow a hybrid working model. You will be required to attend the site three days a week, although this may be subject to change depending on operational needs.
