About the Role Macphie Ltd is on the lookout for a meticulous Quality Systems Coordinator to join our quality team. Based at our site in Glenbervie, you will be responsible for supplier management including approval and reviews of raw materials and packaging. You will coordinate quality audits and monitor compliance with industry regulations. Your analytical skills will help in assessing the effectiveness of quality processes, and you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization. Responsibilities

Prioritise and complete internal & external technical inquiries. Coordinate internal and external quality audits, including follow-up actions and reporting. Manage the supplier and raw material approval function, including internal processes and external communication with suppliers. Coordinate supplier non-conformance. Completion of internal audits and participation in external audits. Work alongside other members of the quality department to ensure factory complies with various quality standards and customer protocols. Assist in the maintenance of the Group Quality Systems. Improve upon current practices in line with Group Quality System where possible. Develop and maintain relationships with external contacts, including customers, suppliers, statutory bodies, and other third parties. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field. Proven experience in quality management within the food or manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO, HACCP). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
