Quality Systems Coordinator We are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing company based in the Falkirk area, who are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Quality Systems Coordinator

to support the ongoing improvement of their Quality Management System and maintain high standards across their operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining and developing the Quality Management System to meet ISO 9001 requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards. Support internal audit programs, ensuring audits are carried out effectively and follow-up actions are completed. Help prepare for and manage customer and third-party audits. Contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement by developing and updating procedures and work instructions. Work closely with colleagues to maintain compliance with quality and environmental requirements. What We're Looking For: A degree in Science, Environmental Science, or equivalent experience. Previous experience working with quality systems, particularly ISO 9001. Strong attention to detail and experience writing procedures, such as standard operating procedures or work instructions. Basic knowledge of environmental management or experience working with environmental permits is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Internal auditing experience or qualifications are desirable but not essential. This role may be suitable for people coming from roles such as Quality Auditor, QC/Lab (with some audit responsibilities), Quality Engineer (looking to move into the systems side of things).
