Quality Team Lead focuses on experience in a manufacturing environment, aerospace is preferred.

Skills and requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, Aerospace is preferred.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring teams within a quality function.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, AS13100, and regulatory frameworks such as Part 21.

Confirmed role details

• Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, Friday, 8:00am – 3:30pm.
• Based bonus (12.5%).
• Pension scheme with up to 10% company contribution.
• Free on-site parking.

Additional role context

• Develop a team of Quality Engineers and apprentices, promoting a culture of quality excellence.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace and regulatory standards (AS9100, AS13100, Part 21).
• Manage internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and timely resolution of findings.
