The Role:

As the Quality Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the CMM programming and leading a dedicated team of Inspectors. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive improvements in the inspection process while mentoring and developing team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee CMM programming, with a focus on offline programming.
  • Improve the efficiency of CMM operations and quality processes.
  • Train and mentor the team, ensuring high standards of quality and precision.
  • Act as a hands-on leader and mentor to guide the development of your team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with offlineCMM programming.
  • Strong track record of improving CMM efficiencies.
  • Previous experience in mentoring and training staff in a quality environment.
  • A collaborative leader who is committed to achieving quality excellence.
