The Role:
As the Quality Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the CMM programming and leading a dedicated team of Inspectors. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive improvements in the inspection process while mentoring and developing team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee CMM programming, with a focus on offline programming.
- Improve the efficiency of CMM operations and quality processes.
- Train and mentor the team, ensuring high standards of quality and precision.
- Act as a hands-on leader and mentor to guide the development of your team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with offlineCMM programming.
- Strong track record of improving CMM efficiencies.
- Previous experience in mentoring and training staff in a quality environment.
