Duties Conduct regular inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. Analyse data collected during inspections and testing to identify trends or areas for improvement. Participate in internal and external non-conformance investigations. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and provide guidance on best practices. Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings and present recommendations for corrective actions. Assist in training staff on quality control measures and the importance of maintaining high standards. Participate in internal audits and assist with external audits as required.
Experience Previous experience in a quality assurance role is preferred, with a strong understanding of quality control processes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering competencies and experience of ISO9001 / QMS systems. Proven ability to analyse data effectively and make informed decisions based on findings. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are essential for success in this role. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently.
