Our client is currently looking for a Quality Technician to join their busy team in Perrin & Rowe, Rainham, Essex! As a Quality Technician, you will be at the forefront of supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our processes here at Perrin & Rowe. Your responsibilities will include executing process control actions and suggesting impactful process improvements. You will also investigate non-conformities and ensure consistent measurement across our equipment. Collaborating closely with the Engineering team, you’ll contribute to an environment where quality shines through at every level. Hours of Work:

Full-Time Quality Technician Requirements: Previous experience as a technician in a manufacturing, assembly, or machining environment. Strong knowledge of production inspection and quality management. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for non-conformity analysis. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with all departments on quality issues. A methodical approach with a high attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
