Sorting returned parts and completing a basic inspection. Organising the collection of samples and, where required, organising a courier of samples to global teams. Relaying all inspection feedback to the quality engineers. Completing analysis from the CRM database. Completing analysis from online customer reviews. Providing support to the quality team including customer care and support investigations, assessment of product refurbishment, and market investigation. You Will Need:
Organisational skills A scientific and methodical approach Previous experience in a similar role Experience completing the tasks required in the role. The ability to prioritise workloads and multitask. Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages The ability to work in a team. An understanding of data processing to an agreed framework.
