As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Quality Technician to support our QA team in maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring that our products meet and exceed industry and customer expectations. About the role As a Quality Technician, your role is to ensure that finished products meet required specifications and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You will be responsible for: Conducting GMP and other in-house audits. Performing quality investigations and raising nonconformances when necessary. Monitoring corrective actions and amending production specifications in collaboration with the QA manager. Verifying the completion of production paperwork. Conducting spot checks on production runs and performing micro sample checks. Assisting with product recall exercises and audits. Carrying out AQL checks on incoming packaging. Managing sample collections and coordinating with internal teams regarding product approvals and artwork. About you You will have practical experience in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and quality assurance standards. You will be skilled in completing documentation, investigating root causes, and solving problems. Additionally, you will have experience working to ISO standards and ensuring compliance while contributing to continuous quality improvement in a manufacturing environment.
