Are you passionate about ensuring the quality and reliability of products? Are you constantly seeking ways to improve processes and drive continuous improvement? We are looking for a talented Quality Technician to join our team in Weymouth and work primarily with our manufacturing department. As a Quality Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of our products and driving the success of our company.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with engineering teams to identify areas for improvement and work together to enhance product performance Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements Identify and address any quality issues that may arise during the manufacturing process Provide technical support to production teams to ensure quality standards are met Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures Develop and implement quality control measures to continuously improve product quality Review and analyse quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions Document and maintain accurate records of quality inspections and findings
Requirements:
Strong understanding of quality control principles and techniques Experience with measurement tools and equipment Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and troubleshoot quality issues Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with quality control software preferred Knowledge of risk assessment and quality management systems
