We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Quality Technician within our Quality team in Perrin & Rowe, Wolverhampton.
In a nutshell you will be responsible for:
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes within Perrin and Rowe.
Executing process control actions and suggesting process improvements.
Investigating non-conformities and containments.
Ensuring consistency within the measurement equipment.
Collaborating closely with the Engineering team.
What you are already great at:
Maintaining a clean, safety-compliant working environment.
Raising and tracking processes of Quality Alerts and when needed CAPA.
Identifying non-conformities, investigating root causes, and when possible, immediate problem solving and issue containment.
Collecting and recording daily machine shop non-conformities.
Operating within Store processes kanban inspection for issue extension and isolation.
Ensuring compliance with company processes and making suggestions for improvement.
For this role we would need you to demonstrate:
Understanding, analysing, and auditing machine shop processes.
Knowledge of 5S standards at the workplace.
The ability to engage with all departments on Quality issues.
Recording and analysing Quality KPIs.
Previous experience as a technician in a manufacturing, assembly, or machining environment, with a strong knowledge of production inspection.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications for non-conformity analysis.
