Our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a background in the fire protection sector, to provide key commercial support across a variety of exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert commercial assistance to project teams. Review terms and conditions at the tender stage. Prepare monthly project progress valuations. Ensure timely and accurate submissions of variations. Monitor site progress and identify potential delay events. Support and mentor junior team members to develop their skills. Attend site visits and client meetings, ensuring strong communication and collaboration. What We're Looking For
Previous experience in the fire protection sector is preferred, but candidates with a background in construction services will also be considered. Strong analytical ability and a talent for interpreting complex data. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. Capability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team. Solid knowledge of construction management principles and practices. A full, clean driving licence is essential. What They Offer
