An established, independent Construction Consultancy in Bromley is seeking an ambitious, client-facing Quantity Surveying Director with the desire and drive to continue the forward momentum of the consultancy.

The Quantity Surveying Director Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work alongside the Equity Director (who will be retiring in the next few years) and will provide you with knowledge and insight into his client base and project history.

Alongside maintaining existing relationships, the practice is also seeking a Quantity Surveyor with the willingness and skill set to bring in new commissions and help grow the quantity surveying team.

As Quantity Surveying Director, you will help grow and lead the Quantity Surveying team alongside securing new commissions, introducing new clients, and expanding existing client portfolios.

This consultancy works across a broad variety of projects including Commercial fit-out, Residential, Heritage, Health, Education, Extra Care, Leisure, Retail, and Industrial sectors. Operating out of a multidisciplinary team of Quantity Surveyors, Employers Agents, CDM & Principal Design, Bank and Fund Monitoring.

The Quantity Surveying Director

The incoming Director will have: A strong Quantity Surveying background, operating at a senior level within a UK Consultancy Excellent pre and post-contract experience A RICS Accredited degree qualification Ideally MRICS Previous experience in team management Previous experience in winning work, business development, and ideally clients/leads to introduce to the business

In Return?
