Freelance Quantity Surveyor
Representing M&E Sub-contractor
£350-£450 per day (OUTSIDE IR35)
Central London + Remote
I am partnered with an exciting and expanding Commercial Consultancy who specialise in freelance assignments with UK M&E contractors.
We are on the lookout for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to represent an MEP sub-contractor on a 6-month commission, starting in November, to close out a £15m MEP project. OUTSIDE IR35.
This role would ideally suit a QS who has experience dealing with this value of package and who is confident to work standalone with minimal supervision.
The project site is based in Central London and would require a QS to be on site 50% of the time, with the other 50% working remotely.
What I am looking for:
- Experience leading contracts standalone of circa £15m and above
- Experienced in closing out projects and final accounts
- MEP experience is desirable
- Experienced working on the contractor side, ideally sub-contractor
- Flexible with commuting into Central London 2/3 days per week
