Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the commercial aspects of M&E projects, ensuring cost control and value maximization.
  • Prepare and submit accurate valuations, variations, and final accounts.
  • Provide detailed cost reporting and forecasting to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual obligations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to maintain project profitability.
  • Collaborate with project teams to drive successful outcomes.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with expertise in M&E projects.
  • Strong knowledge of cost management, tendering, and contractual procedures.
  • Ideally, previous experience working with Tier 1 contractors.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in relevant industry software and tools.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
