Provide commercial support to the project manager and be responsible for all commercial aspects of projects. Prepare and issue standard contract documents. With the assistance of the Project manager, prepare detailed scope of works for sub-contractors to price. Valuation of sub-contract works on site. Agreement of sub-contractors' day work sheets. Agreement and sign off final accounts for sub-contractors. Preparation of monthly valuations to the client. Maintaining an accurate record of variations, determining if they are recoverable. Preparation of project spend data and forecast costs to complete monthly via the CVR. Preparation of final accounts for projects to clients and for sub-contractors. Experience of the Quantity Surveyor:
You will have at least 3 years' experience working as a Quantity Surveyor. Have refurbishment or Interior fit-out experience. Have a good working knowledge of MS Office - Intermediate level of Excel. Knowledge of JCT forms of contracts. On Offer for the Estimator / Quantity Surveyor:
