Key Responsibilities: Assist in establishing and managing project budgets. Support the preparation of accounts for labour-only subcontractors and draft payments. Cost and source quotations for labour and materials, liaising with procurement for specialist providers. Assist in preparing monthly cost value reconciliation reports. Monitor and assess the cost of variations during the project lifecycle. Attend internal hand-over meetings as required. Contribute to the preparation of final accounts. Undertake additional duties and projects in line with experience, knowledge, and competency. Candidate Profile: Holds a third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline. Demonstrates strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel. Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Shows strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exhibits excellent planning and organisational skills.
