Quantity Surveyor (Award Winning Main Contractor) | Permanent | Surrey

£55,000 - £60,000 + package Location:
Surrey I have a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning Main Contractor on a permanent basis, based out of their Southern region near Woking, Surrey. The company operate throughout central and southern England, delivering quality D&B, new build, refurbishment and restoration projects up to £20m in value. They have been around for many years and have formed successful long-term partnerships with their clients by delivering efficient, high quality projects. The work in a number of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Restoration, Commercial, Industrial and Sports and Leisure. Due to an increased workload, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in a Quantity Surveyor that can work on large projects autonomously. Project values are on average circa £10m, and they are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor that is capable of delivering projects from inception through to completion. The ideal person will have at least 5 years’ experience, be familiar with D&B projects, will have worked on both new build and refurbishment schemes and ideally covered projects within the Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors.
