Quantity Surveyor – Civils / Resi Roads & Sewers Yorkshire £45k-£50k + Benefits National Civils/Groundwork Contractor - Permanent Role Our client is a National civil engineering and infrastructure contractor with a track record of delivering civils, groundworks, and roads & sewers projects predominantly throughout the country. With significant contract wins, they are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team in their Yorkshire office. Given the nature of the duties of a Quantity Surveyor in this sector, it is worth noting that although the office is based in South Yorkshire, there will be the possibility of working from home and/or site. Role Responsibilities: Optimising contract profitability Provide quotations to clients for variations Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks Accurate monthly cost and value reports All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity Surveyor Requirements: Experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks Time management skills and meeting deadlines Experience in value engineering Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint What's in it for you?
