Title:QUANTITY SURVEYORQUANTITY SURVEYORWarringtonRole Profile:The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for reporting to the Intelligent Client Management team for the contract, to provide commercial support and management, ensuring that all aspects of project contract administration is undertaken in a timely and accurate manner.Responsibilities & Accountabilities:Ensure contract compliance and consolidate and coordinate that information as advice to the Intelligent Client/Category Management teamAnalysis of monthly defined cost applicationsAssurance of monthly defined costs applications with the SupplierAnalysis of fixed price project quotationsAnalysis of monthly limit of liability applicationsAnalysis of contract Variations and quotationsConduct commercial and financial assurance activities and present the findingsEngagement with Customers and Stakeholders on commercial mattersContract administration and reportingKPI analysis of financial measuresKPI score card updates and financial reward/riskAnnual target reconciliationContract Familiarisation to respond/advise on commercial mattersSkills & Experience Required:Qualified in BSc in Quantity Surveying (or working towards)Experience in the use of CEMARKnowledge of commercial aspects of civil and infrastructure projectsKnowledge and/or experience of the management of SubcontractsCapable of obtaining (or currently holds) UK Nuclear industry clearance
