ReCon Advisory Partners are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a well-established consultancy based in the West Midlands area. The business is seeking an individual who can play a vital role within their operations, taking on various responsibilities to contribute to the company's success.
The client is looking for an individual with a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor and who is eager to grow within the business.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive commercial support including Measurement, Estimating, Contract Review/Administration & Procurement. Engage in project management activities to ensure successful project delivery. Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and specialist contractors. Prepare tender documentation, analyze tenders, and make tender recommendations.
Requirements
Preferred degree in quantity surveying or an associated construction field. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PDF, and other Microsoft programs. Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team to deliver high-quality standards for every client. Experience within civil engineering projects is essential, including earthworks, groundworks, and infrastructure work.
Package
Up to £55,000 23 days paid holiday per holiday year plus public holidays Car allowance is negotiable depending on circumstances and requirements of the role.
