Job description

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs relating to fire protection. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be given full guidance and support to complete all aspects of commercial management and contract procurement. Responsibilities – Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities – Evaluate and negotiate variations in contracts – Perform cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work – Conduct risk assessments – Provide advice on contractual claims – Monitor progress and ensure projects meet quality standards Experience – Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor – Strong knowledge of fire protection – Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail – Proficiency in cost control If you are a meticulous Quantity Surveyor with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality projects, we would love to hear from you.
