We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier 1 contractor working on a major civils infrastructure project in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in delivering a high-profile and technically demanding project.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage the financial and contractual elements of this significant civils infrastructure project. This role is perfect for a Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their career while working on challenging and impactful projects in Milton Keynes.
Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor:
Managing project budgets, costs, and financial forecasting
Administering contracts and ensuring compliance with NEC or other relevant frameworks
Supporting the preparation and negotiation of final accounts
Collaborating with the project team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and address any cost-related issues
Providing financial advice and reporting to support project delivery
Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the civils or infrastructure sector
Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and contract administration
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the project team
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing costs and contracts
