Quantity Surveyor Role:
Will be involved in the full scope of project Preconstruction into Completion - Jobs ranging from 350k - 10 million. Work is a mix of New build, Fit out, and construction.
Experience Wanted:
4+ Years as a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Background preferred.
Pre-Construction:
Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets.
Support in tender documentation and contractor selection.
Construction Phase:
Monitor and report on project costs, tracking against the budget.
Assist with processing payments to contractors and suppliers.
Post-Construction:
Help in preparing final accounts, reconciling costs against the budget.
Contribute to the project close-out, including cost reports and handover documentation.
This is a Permanent Position paying between 65,000 All inclusive (No package Included).
