We are currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with expertise in brickwork and blockwork to join the team in Enfield. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a £(phone number removed) brickwork package project in Abbey Wood, making a significant impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all cost-related aspects of the brickwork project, ensuring it stays on budget.
* Prepare detailed cost estimates and financial reports.
* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
* Collaborate with project managers and contractors to optimize resources.
* Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically in brickwork and blockwork.
* Strong understanding of construction costs and project management.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
