for local authorities and housing associations. Affordable & social housing refurbishments . A variety of exciting
private sector schemes . Projects range from
£8m to £300m , offering exposure to diverse and impactful work. Whether you’re interested in improving communities through affordable housing or tackling high-profile private developments, you’ll find it here. As part of this dynamic team, you’ll enjoy a role packed with opportunities for growth and development. You’ll work across all stages of the project lifecycle, taking ownership of schemes and delivering outstanding results for clients. Your responsibilities will include: Leading on a variety of Residential projects, both public and private sector. Managing pre- and post-contract duties with precision and confidence. Working closely with a talented team, with senior members always on hand for guidance. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. This is an environment where
no ambition goes unsupported . Whether you’re an experienced Chartered Surveyor or progressing towards your APC, the consultancy offers tailored support to help you achieve your professional goals. The Quantity Surveyor The incoming Quantity Surveyor will have: A RICS Accredited degree qualification. Good pre and post contract experience. Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a construction consultancy. A successful track record leading projects & the ability to work independently on schemes (with support from senior team members). The ability to travel to Bromley when working from the office. In Return? £40,000 – £55,000. Travel Allowance. Career progression. 25 days annual leave + bank holidays. One Professional Subscription Paid. Extensive Support with APC to achieve Chartership.
