Review terms and conditions during the tender stage. Conduct monthly progress valuations of projects. Submit timely and accurate variations. Monitor site progress and identify any delay events. Mentor junior team members. Attend site visits and client meetings. Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in the fire protection sector is preferred; experience in the construction services industry is required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Knowledge of construction management principles and practices. Full clean driving licence.
