Some key duties: Preparing contract documents. Procurement of Subcontract and Supply packages. Estimating. Assess applications and make payments. Measure from drawings to produce bills of quantities and schedule materials. Produce the Contractors Monthly Report. Calculate variations and submission. Submitting monthly Cost/Value Reconciliations. Chairing progress and design meetings with the client. Support with Health & Safety on site.
What you'll need to succeed Experience working with JCT forms of contract. Previous experience working on similar schemes, in particular working on groundworks packages.
