The Quantity Surveyor will be the commercial lead for multiple frameworks operating in the South East reporting directly to the commercial manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of costs & maximising value
- Managing key Supply Chain Partners accounts and subcontracts
- Preparation of cost/value information for periodic/monthly reporting requirements
- Prepare accurate forecast with contracts managers for budget setting
- Financial assessments through to final accounts
- SCP sub-contract order preparation & assisting with procurement
- Responsible for change management and valuation of change
- Other duties that may be required as part of the commercial function.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Full UK Driving Licence (Company Car Provided)
- BSC in Quantity Surveying
- NEC 3 & 4 Contract experience
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- An effective communicator both written and verbal
