Up to £45,000 to £55,000 + Progression + 30 Holiday + Pension + Company Car + Company Benefits Are you a Quantity Surveyor, Senior Contracts Manager, or Commercial Manager from a Construction/Building background, looking for the opportunity of progression while working across a variety of exciting construction projects? Do you want to be a key player as part of a growing business with a secured book of business, contributing your ideas and adding value to the team while enhancing your knowledge and skills in the industry? On offer is the chance to join a growing construction business, established for over 50 years, with sites across Ireland and a secured book of business, looking to expand further into renewables, civil, electrical, and other exciting projects. Responsibilities: Deliver commercial management services for tenders and reports Monitor project costs to stay within budgets Assist in contractual and commercial issues Participate in continuous improvement processes Lead and develop the procurement process Negotiate with clients and suppliers Lead contractual agreements The Ideal Candidate: Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Senior Contracts Manager, or Commercial Manager in the civil engineering or construction industry Degree in Quantity Surveying or a construction-related discipline Experience in contract management and negotiation Key Words:
