Long term freelance opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor in Colchester paying competitive day rate.
This is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work with a main contractor on a £30M residential project in Colchester.
I am currently assisting a market leading brand in their search for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This role offers site-based work, as well as remote working options. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will benefit from working closely with the existing construction team and receive full support from a Commercial Manager and Construction Director.
Our client takes pride in the developments they deliver and have successfully regenerated various schemes across London in the sectors of new build, fit out, and refurbishment.
This is a freelance opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team for a minimum of 10 months. They are looking for someone with a proven track record of providing support with a Main Contractor.
The ideal candidate for Quantity Surveyor:
Residential experience Main Contracting experience New build experience Refurbishment experience
