We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of key projects, driving performance and delivering exceptional results. As a vital part of our team, you will play a critical role in the commercial success of our projects, balancing autonomy with collaboration. Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Management: Take full commercial responsibility for projects from inception to final account. Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Cost Control: Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reports to ensure projects are delivered within financial targets. Performance Focus: Drive results in a fast-paced, performance-based environment. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. What We’re Looking For

Extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at a senior level. Proven success working on a variety of projects, with a track record of delivering results. Excellent commercial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and forecasts effectively. Strong client-facing and negotiation skills. A self-starter who thrives in a remote working environment and is motivated by performance-based rewards. Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., RICS) are desirable but not essential.
