CRG are looking to recruit an Experienced Quantity Surveyor for a Leading Construction Company based in Hillingdon, with a specialised expertise in Fit-Out Projects within the Commercial Sector, who focus on high-value Projects such as High-end Hotels, Offices, Showrooms, Airport Lobbies, and Sports Venues.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure project costs remain within budget. Prepare valuations and manage contract variations effectively to maintain project profitability. Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality materials. Identify project risks and support the implementation of mitigation strategies to minimize exposure. Generate accurate and timely project reports for senior management and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a collaborative and responsive approach to client needs. Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within Construction - specifically within the Commercial Sector/Fit-Out Projects. A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline. Strong understanding of construction contracts, variations, and cost control. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Benefits included:
