Requirements:
Strong communication (both written and verbal) skills and an interpersonal style that enables you to flourish in a direct client-facing role. Knowledge in Employers Agent work will be key for this role. Either MRICS qualified or working towards your APC. Ability to chair meetings and possess the leadership skills needed to lead a project team, including managing conflict and resolving complex issues. Exceptional planning and organization skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple demands. Ability to work independently, make sensible judgments and decisions, and take responsibility for completing tasks. Assist in the management of the delivery of all pre & post contract services, including dealing with cost variances and associated change control processes, conducting valuation processes, carrying out cost checks, producing regular cost reports, and negotiating and agreeing final accounts.
