Calibre Search are delighted to be working with a growing SME Consultancy who are now looking to the next stages of their development and wanting to speak with Quantity Surveyors to join them based near Preston.
After starting the business not so long ago, the owners have excelled in terms of workload and clients they have managed to bring in, which has resulted in them looking to expand and bring in their first QS hires of the business.
They're happy to consider Quantity Surveyors from both assistant/intermediate level all the way up to Senior/accomplished level which your package will of course reflect depending on your experience.
Such projects involve a wide mixture of residential new builds, refurbishments, care homes, and industrial shed developments across the North West and other regions.
If you like the idea of joining a new, energetic practice who are full of innovation and modern ideas of how a QS can work in today's market, this role could very much be for you.
Duties/Requirements
Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and cohesively as part of a team. The ability to deal/face Clients of all levels. Professional presentation, attention to detail, and flexibility within all work matters. Assisting in offering Pre & Post Contract services - Final Accounts/BOQs/measurements etc. Project Management/Employer Agent Services/on-site travel & inspections. QS Degree qualified and working towards your APC.
