Quantity Surveyor
Warwickshire & West Midlands:
TM Green is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to work on a range of exciting construction projects across Warwickshire and the West Midlands. This role focuses on managing commercial and contractual aspects, ensuring successful delivery and financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial and contractual activities throughout the construction process.
- Advise on subcontractor selection, package scopes, and tender reviews.
- Analyse contract documents and manage financial arrangements, including cash flow and interim valuations.
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and final accounts.
- Maintain project profitability and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and contractual processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
