Location: Darlington, Durham (Commutable from Middlesbrough, Newton Aycliffe, Hartlepool, Richmond, Spennymoor)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance + Hybrid Working + Progression + Company Benefits

In this role, you will be based at their Darlington office, working on-site with flexible hybrid working. You will undertake cost estimating for projects of various sizes, identifying and mitigating risks, and assisting the projects team.
The Role:
Quantity Surveying for Construction, Oil & Gas, and Offshore projects Estimating and mitigating costs 37 Hour working week, Tue - Thurs in office and Mondays & Fridays WFH
The Person: Quantity Surveying/Estimating experience Construction, Oil & Gas, or Offshore background Eligible for Security Clearance
