Long term freelance opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor in Derby paying a competitive day rate. This opportunity involves working on a £25m education refurbishment project in Derby.
I am currently assisting a market-leading brand in their search for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Our client takes pride in the developments they deliver and has regenerated various other schemes across the UK in sectors of new build, fit out, and refurbishment.
This is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a team on a freelance basis for a minimum of 12 months. They are looking for someone that has a proven track record of working and providing support with a main contractor.
The ideal candidate for Quantity Surveyor: Main contractor experience New build experience Refurbishment experience
