- SALARY UP TO £80K, DERBY BASED, QUANTITY SURVEYOR, MULTIPLE PROJECTS, CAREER PROGRESSION, POTENTIAL OF HYBRID WORKING.
An opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a Leicester based Residential Groundworks Business to operate out of their Office in the East Midlands within their commercial team. The client, with an annual turnover of £30m, is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business as they have multiple projects currently ongoing as well as at tendering stages.
Duties:
Optimising contract profitability Provide quotations to clients for variations Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks Accurate monthly cost and value reports All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity Surveyor
Requirements: Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks Time management skills and meeting deadlines Experience in value engineering Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Remuneration: Up to £80,000 p.a Car allowance Paid Holidays Pension Scheme
