The Company: This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning Regional Main Contractor with a long history, strong balance sheet, and financial stability. The successful Quantity Surveyor will work on projects across the East Midlands with upcoming projects in Nottingham, Derby, and Leicester. My client works across a diverse project portfolio for both public and private sector clients including education, healthcare, commercial, and leisure, with projects ranging from £1m - £30m in value.

This is an exciting time with their turnover already secured for 2024/2025.

About the Quantity Surveyor Role: As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will play an integral role in the management, direction, and successful completion of projects. Working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor to develop, learn, and grow. Your focus is to manage build costs and maximize margin whilst achieving the required standards and quality.

This role would suit an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for that next step or a Project Quantity Surveyor seeking a new challenge. You will gain exposure to a number of exciting projects across various sectors.

Requirements for Quantity Surveyor Role: Previous experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor Main Contractor experience Similar sector experience would be desirable but not essential UK Driving License
