Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, submit, and manage accurate cost estimates, budgets, and valuations for M&E projects. Conduct detailed cost analysis and manage procurement of subcontractors and suppliers. Prepare interim valuations, final accounts, and variations for projects. Monitor project costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure profitability. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure financial control. Evaluate and negotiate contract terms and resolve any financial or contractual issues. Provide regular reports on project financial status and forecasts to senior management. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures. Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the M&E sector. Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, installations, and regulations. Excellent analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail. Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Full UK driving license. What We Offer:
